1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar (you can use honey or brown sugar instead)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup fat free milk
1 egg
1 individual size container dannon light & fit lemon yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Next add in the wet ingredients. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
