Eggs w/Rosemary-Sausage Bolognese


I was feeling a little creative the morning I made this breakfast. I woke up starving. I was strolling through Facebook with my morning coffee when I saw a breakfast sandwich. I thought oh pepper and egg sandwich! Then somehow this happened. I cut a piece of naan bread into a circle and hallowed out the middle, popped an egg in it, baked it, fried up some peppers, and poured the Bolognese over top. Man that was good!


1 slice naan bread, cut into a circle and, middle taken out
1 egg
1/4 fried red pepper, or you can use roasted reds too
1/3 cup rosemary-sausage Bolognese (recipe is on the blog)
Sprinkle of Locatelli

On a buttered baking sheet, lay down the bread. Pour the egg into it, bake on 350 for about 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on it. Fry up some red pepper, mix it in with the Bolognese and pour over the naan. It's just that easy. Tons of flavor! Enjoy.
