Banana Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Muffins






1 egg
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large very ripe banana's
8 oz. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350

Stir all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg, oil, bananas and sour cream together. Incorporate the wet with the dry, stir in the chocolate chips. Fill muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
