Lemon Cake with Orange Sambuca Glaze




Ok so this one is a bit of a cheat. We are just going to keep this between us though, ok? Don't tell your guests about it! They will think you slaved in the kitchen for hours. This cake is so moist, and there is a lot of great flavor going on too. 

1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (reg olive oil will work too)
Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon

Mix all together until the lumps are out.

Preheat oven to 350

Bake as directed on the box, according to size and type of pan you are using. It's just that easy!!

For the Glaze:

Once the cake has just about cooled

Whisk together 2 tablespoons of Sambuca, juice & zest of 1 orange, about half a cup of powdered sugar (or so) Drizzle over the top, serve and enjoy!
