Breaded Ravioli

Who doesn't love a good breaded ravioli?  Especially when they are baked and not fried! You can eat a few extra without the guilt.

Italian dressing ( I used Kens Lite Northern Italian w/Basil & Romano)
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 teaspoon dried Basil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt/Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano (or you can use Parm.)
1 25 oz. package cooked ravioli

Preheat oven to 400
In a dipping bowl add bread crumbs and all the spices. In a different bowl pour in some Italian Dressing. Dip ravioli into the dressing and then the bread crumbs; coat well. Set onto a rack to let dry for about 5 minutes. Repeat for all the ravioli. Place ravioli on cookie sheet and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. You can make them as crisp or tender as you want them. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
