English Muffin Pizzas

comments (0) Ok so this really isn't cooking. But I'm often asked for kid friendly snacks and meal ideas. Especially if it's raining outside, the kids have off from school, or you hear mom I'm bored!!  What better way way to get the kid's entertained then in the kitchen!  These have been around for years!  I remember making these as a kid myself.


Ok Grab a package of English muffins, or you can use french bread
Gravy (red sauce)
Mozzarella cheese
Any toppings you want (sausae, pepperoni, ham, pineapple, meatballs, chicken etc.)


Have the kids make an assembly line and pile on their own toppings.  Pop these in the toaster oven and cook until the cheese is all melty and the muffin is just crisp.  Enjoy and be creative! Mom and dad....it's ok if you want to dig in too!  I still love these myself.
