All my recipes are based around him! He even helps me pick out the best pictures to post. Today we made Very Berry Smoothies together. I love so much having him in the kitchen with me and I encourage you to get your children in there as well! So many great benefits will come from it that I can promise you The health benefits this smoothie offers are amazing. Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins!
Look how thick and creamy these are!
1 cup frozen berries (we used a mix of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)
1 cup fat free yogurt ( we used Dannon light and fit vanilla)
1 cup skim milk, or fat free
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Pour everything into a blender. Have your child press the button labeled "smoothie". Blend until it's nice and creamy and then serve in a big glass!
