Italian Buckeye Brownies

 
I'm not usually one for rich desserts.  However a sweet tooth kicked in on Friday.

Make a batch of your favorite Brownies and let them cool completely.
Then you are going to top it with almost an Italian buckeye candy topping:
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 to 4 tablespoons of heavy cream
In a large bowl cream together peanut butter and butter until completely mixed.  Slowly add the powdered sugar.  Next add in the heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time.  Until the mixture is soft enough to spread.  Layer this on top of your brownies and smooth out evenly.
Next you want to grab a tub of Nutella or your fave chocolate frosting or even melted milk chocolate chips. About a cup. Maybe a cup and a half.  You are going to microwave it for about 15 seconds and stir.  Repeat this step if it isn't soft enough.  You want it just soft enough to spread over the peanut butter layer.  Place in the fridge for an hour, this allows everything to set.  Take them out, slice and induldge my friends!!
