Simple Italian Asparagus Salad

  
1 bag of microwave ready fresh asparagus
1 clove garlic
1 roasted red pepper
olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
handful of walnuts


In a skillet heat oil, asparagus, garlic and salt/pepper.  Stir and cook about five minutes.  Add in walnuts, stir for another 3 to 4 minutes.  Transfer to serving dish and mix in roasted red peppers. Serve and enjoy!
