Roasted Italian Rosemary Potatoes

1 bag of  already cleaned and ready to microwave little red potatoes
3 cloves of garlic, smashed
2 sprigs of rosemary
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
salt/pepper to taste

Marinate the olive oil with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper for at least half hour.  Cut potatoes in fours and place them on a baking sheet.  Preheat oven to 350.
After the oil has marinated, pour it all over the potatoes.  Rosemary and garlic too.  Mix well and bake for 20 minutes.  Half way through stir them up a bit.
