5 small ham steaks chopped
One head of Broccoli chopped
Half of a yellow onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped

one cup of heavy cream
3/4 cup of white wine ( I use Cavit Pinot Grigio)
3/4 cup of Freshly grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano
2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley
salt/pepper to taste
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Cook pasta as directed. In the meantime heat through ham and broccoli in a skillet with olive oil. In a saucepan heat through cream salt, pepper, and red pepper. Bring to a boil and add in wine, stir until just reaches a boil again and add in cheese and parsley. In skilled with ham and broccoli, add in the pasta and cream sauce and mix well. Serve hot and add fresh parsley and cheese if desired. Serve with the white wine used in the sauce.
