Turkey Soup

3 sprigs rosemary
3 sprigs thyme
3 sprigs oregano
2 tbs herbs De Provence..aka, marjoram..thyme..savory n rosemary
One box chick broth
One box water, just pour water in broth box
2 cups turkey...I use dark meat
The dark drum stick bones
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
Half onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt/pepper to taste
One cup rice
One can corn

Put the onion, herbs, salt/pepper, turkey bones, broth, water, garlic and carrots in big pot; bring to a rolling boil (takes about 20 minutes or so).  Add in turkey, stir and bring back to boil.  Reduce heat let simmer stirring occ. for half hour. Add in rice; take out bones and fresh herbs.  Cook until rice is almost cooked comp. Add in corn; serve w/grated cheese. You can use potatoes or pasta instead of rice; add more water if needed and if you don't have turkey bones use bullion cubes or all chick broth instead of using any water.
