Ok here is an easy one for you all. My son loved these. They would also be great for the Super Bowl Coming up! Great for any type of get together. Using boneless skinless chicken breast and baking them it cuts down on some of the fat.
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 Cup Franks Hot Sauce (gotta use Franks!)
1/4 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
Crumbled Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Celery
Slider Rolls
Preheat oven to 300
In a baking dish lay the chicken flat in an even layer. In a bowl mix together the blue cheese dressing and frank's hot sauce. Pour over the top of the chicken and toss real good. Bake for one hour. Let cool for a few minutes then shredded the chicken using two forks. Once that is all shredded, pour the hot sauce/blue cheese dressing it cooked in over the top and give it a good stir. If you are not using real blue cheese to top it off that's fine. In a bowl mix chopped celery and ranch dressing together. Toast the slider rolls. Lay down a couple heaping tablespoons of the chicken. Melted Cheddar Cheese on top (optional), and then some of the ranch mixture. Enjoy!
