Banana Orange Chocolate Chip Bread
Tis the season to start baking all those breads! I woke up to a whopping 48 degrees today, brr! Had to break out my fleece jammies! This bread is so easy, so moist and makes two small/medium size loaves. Enjoy!
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2-3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
4 ounces sour cream
2 large eggs
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 orange
3 really ripe bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 350
Spray loaf pan with Pam olive oil spray.
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Beat together oil, sugar, egg, and orange juice. Stir in the bananas and chocolate chips. Slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Pour half into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean it's done! Repeat for second loaf. Enjoy!
