Couscous and Broccoli Fritters









1 cup whole wheat couscous cooked in chicken broth
1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped in small pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. chile powder
Salt/pepper
1/4  cup sautéed onion
Juice and zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg beaten
Grated cheese (I used a handful of pecorino Romano)

Mix all together. Form into balls, lay on a hot skillet, press down to form a fritter and brown on each side! Enjoy.
