
For the Dressing:
3 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T. Onion Powder
1 1/2 t. Mustard Powder
4 T. Organic Frozen Applejuice Concentrate
For the Salad:
Romaine Lettuce
tomato, chopped
red onion, chopped
grilled chicken
red delicious apple
Walnuts
Fresh Mozza (or Feta)
Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the veggies any way you would like. First add the lettuce to the plate and build from there. Tomatoes and onion, walnuts apple, cheese and lay the chicken on top. Serve with soup or bread and as always enjoy!
