Mini BBQ Chicken Sliders




BBQ Sauce:
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of water
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 tablespoons light b. sugar
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon ground mustard


Ok so I used a crock pot for this one.
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Poured in the bbq sauce, stirred it really well.
Popped the crock on low and let it cook for 5 hours.
Pull it apart with two forks starting from the center moving  outward. You want to do this until the chicken is completely pulled apart.
Add more bbq sauce if desired.
I used mini potato rolls for my slider buns.  They sell a wide variety of slider buns, so you can choose what you like.  Pile the chicken on and enjoy!
