Corn Muffins


                                                      Super Easy and so moist!!

Ok so don't tell anyone, but I totally cheated on these........


1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/3 cup of milk (as directed on box)
1 egg (as directed on box)
2 heaping tablespoons fresh chopped, Cilantro
1/4 cup Sour Cream
Zest & juice of 1 Lime

Whisk all together. Preheat oven to 400 (as directed on box) Bake for about 15 minutes. It doesn't get any easier. Have fun with this, switch up the spices, add pepper, be playful. Just remember adding too many different things will change the texture of the muffin.
